Organiser's Description

BANCHORY LUNCHTIME TRAILS GOES LONG

Social trail run/hike. This run/hike will be at a conversational pace and will be approximately 17 km with 625m of elevation gain and descent. A good level of fitness is therefore required e.g. you should be able to run a flat half marathon and have done some recent runs with some elevation gain and loss in order to join this run. Or, you can join the run/hike if you regularly do big days out hiking in the hills and are able to also run a flat 15K.

Banchory Lunchtime Trails is a great way to spend time outdoors whilst improving your health, fitness and wellbeing. You will meet likeminded people and learn lots of running tips from your expert trail running coach!
