Yoga and the Art of Changing Habits
The Path Of Yoga
28th March 2026
Finn's Place
10:30am - 4:30pm
Monthly Masterclass to Advance Wellness
This one-day workshop explores how yoga practice can help us understand and reshape our samskaras—the patterns and impressions that influence how we think, act, and respond to life. Drawing on the teachings of Krishnamacharya as transmitted by A.G. Mohan, we will look at how consistent, personal practice can gradually soften unhelpful patterns and cultivate clarity, steadiness, and resilience. Through breath, movement, and reflection, participants will experience how yoga becomes a practical tool for inner transformation.
We will also explore the modern idea of Atomic Habits—the power of small, consistent actions. When viewed through the lens of yoga philosophy, these small habits become a way of consciously shaping our samskaras. Even modest, daily practices can accumulate into meaningful and lasting change.
The day will include accessible yoga practice, breathwork, short talks, and discussion. The aim is simple: to leave with practical tools and a deeper appreciation for how thoughtful, consistent practice can gradually reshape our inner landscape.
