PRIME FOUR, KINGSWELLS, PACE & PURPOSE
The well-maintained and well-lit paths around the Prime Four Business Park provide the setting for an another awesome session designed to add some pure speed to your training programme.
Here's an outline of what we propose to do:
Warm-up and activation routine.
3x30secs reps with 30sec recovery
6x60sec reps with 60secs recovery
3x30sec reps with 30sec recovery
That will certainly get your fast twitch muscles firing on all cylinders, so we will then move on to hold a couple of short group relay runs on a flat 350m and 100m path.
And it all finishes off with a slow cool down jog and some gentle stretches.
We are a friendly group offering lots of good advice and encouragement to help you through the session which is suitable for runners of all paces.
It's fun - but it also produces results.
LOCATION: Meet at the front door of Kingswells Village Hotel ready for a 6pm start - plenty parking nearby (but may be best to use the Park & Ride car park as the one at the hotel can be extremely busy).
Cost of Session: £6 per person.

- Please think carefully before signing up as there is a policy of no refunds except in circumstances where the event needs to be cancelled by the organisers.
- All participants must acknowledge that a training session is physically strenuous. As such they must be medically fit to participate and take full responsibility for their own personal health and fitness. Participants are strongly advised to consult a doctor before undertaking any strenuous exercise or training programme.
- We may take photos/videos of the session for use on our social media platforms. If you have any concerns about this, please let us know in advance.
