UNION TERRACE GARDENS - CITY CENTRE RUNNING AT ITS BEST

The magnificently restored Gardens in the heart of Aberdeen offer the perfect urban training playground. We'll utilise the sweeping, well-lit paths that effortlessly wind through different levels, providing smooth curves and dynamic changes in elevation.

This session is designed for speed and teamwork! We'll split the work between a focused tempo effort and two rounds of high-octane 2-person relays, maximizing both the flat speedways and the challenging, rising walkways.

Prepare for an energising warm-up, a powerful session, and a well-deserved cool down!

We'll meet outside St Mary's Church on the corner of Carden Place and Albert Terrace. There's some free on-street parking (from 6pm) but please check the signs.

We'll warm up with a 1km jog down to UTG.

We are a friendly group and the session is suitable for ALL runners - no matter your age, pace or level of experience.

LOCATION: Meet outside St Mary's Church on the corner of Carden Place and Albert Terrace (6pm). There's free parking on some neighbouring streets.

Cost of Session: £6 per person.
