Organiser's Description

Hammer Competition (Hammerama) is organised by Kilbarchan Amateur Athletic Club under permit from Scottish Athletics

Saturday 20 September, start time 10:00, It will be all age groups/weights compete at the same time.  We will start with Pool 1 and go from there. Pools to be confirmed depending on number of entries.

It will be one practice throw and five trials with the best of five. 

New Age groups competing  - u14, u16, u18, u20, Snr
