Please join us for our Winter Charity Trail running event in aid of Farleigh Hospice.

Huge thanks to the Cooper family for allowing us use of the farm to host the event, without this we would not be able to host a winter trail run.

There are 2 routes available, 10km or 13.1 miles (half marathon), mainly on grass, tracks and paths in the beautiful countryside around Woodham Ferrers and nearby villages. These are unmarked, no marshalls, narrative routes where you will be given written instructions to follow (there will be a few bits of tape to help you in trickier places!).

There will be a staggered start, with runners able to set off between 8.30-9.00am. Parking will be open from 8am. There will be no bag drop but parking is close to the start/finish, runners are asked to get ready by your vehicles and are invited to come to the registration desk to collect your number and route instructions. When you are ready to run come to the timing desk to be timed out then off you go! You must return to the timing desk on your return to be timed back in.

We will do our best to give you accurate timings but it is not chip timed.

There will be aid stations but this is a cupless event, you will need to carry your own cup or drink bottle, there will be NO cups available for you at the aid stations.
Dogs are not permitted.

We will have refreshments at the finish with hot/cold drinks and our usual fantastic selection of home made cakes.  Please bring some CASH as donations for this will be most welcome. 

Entry cost is £14 for the 10k and £20 for the half marathon, you also have the option to add a medal at a cost of £3.20. Entry Central add a booking fee of 50p or 4% (whichever is greater).

If after entering you are unable to take part no refunds will be given as ALL our entry fees go to Farleigh Hospice, however your entry fee will still be donated. We do hope you understand.

Parking, toilets and handwashing facilities will be available.
