RUN IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF CHAMPIONS

Olympic athletes and other Great Britain internationals have trained or competed on the historic playing fields of King's College in Old Aberdeen for more than 100 years.

Now you have the opportunity to follow in their footsteps by signing up for our speed workout on this beautifully maintained grass arena where we'll guide you through a session designed to improve your pace, form and running efficiency.

This workout is suitable for all runners, regardless of your pace. Whether you can run 5k in 16min or 36min, you will find this beneficial.

We are a friendly group and always keen to help newcomers - so come along  - and bring a friend.

Coaching, encouragement and good advice will be on hand throughout.

Our meeting point will be in the car park at the ASV aquatics centre, accessed from Regent Walk. Please check the location map provided. See map for exact location.

Please arrive ready to start at 6pm. The whole session,including warm-ups/cool down and exercises, lasts one hour.
