TRA permit number 7044 (TBC)

Overview:  Tail-end section of the old Colchester Kawasaki 10, but in reverse direction and with beer or wine at the finish!

12:00 registration.  Mass start around 12:30.  (We are going to do one of the nearby parkruns and have breakfast first.)

Non TRA/UKA afflicated runners will need to pay a £2 levi on entry (it pays to be a signed up member of a club.)

Race venue is in The Black Buoy pub, 5 minute walk from both the railway station and car-park.

 Route narrative is available to download from the www.multisport-management.co.uk website the week before the race.   A START LIST WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU A COUPLE OF DAYS PRIOR TO THE RUN WITH YOUR RACE NUMBER INFO & REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR YOUR ARRIVAL.

Race numbers and pins are to be collected in the pub.  Bags left with us at your own risk and so on.

Race number must be worn on your front, unfolded.  We may use manually timing, so if we can't see your number at the finish, you can't get a time recorded.  Please help us to help you!

Run Route: will be sent to you via email.  Mass start from outside at 12:30hrs.  You will need to wear layers, trail shoes.  Carrying of mobile phones is mandatory.  No under 18's due to being a licensed premises.

At the end of the run, simply hand your number in behind the bar and claim a beer/glass of wine / hot or cold soft drink.

We will have a tail walker sweeping the course.  Possibly another one or two out on course (TBC)
