Organiser's Description
The Rossendale Tri Club Track & Swim session is a weekly training session for members of Rossendale Triathlon Club.
Track - The session is 60mins of structured and coached running
Swim - The session is 60mins of structured and coached swimming with access to a 25m pool.
Coaching is offered for those looking to improve technique as well as those looking for a fitness swim.
