BROAD HILL REPS & RELAY

The views from the top of the Broad hill are outstanding - and once  up there, you'll discover some short but interesting running trails to explore.

So, join us this week for an innovative session which combines a couple of challenging hill climbs followed by some 400m reps and a fun relay on the undulating hilltop paths.

We are a friendly group and always keen to help newcomers - so come along  - and bring a friend.

Coaching, encouragement and good advice will be on hand throughout.

Location: MEET AT FRONT OF ABERDEEN BEACH LEISURE CENTRE 

Cost: £6 per person.
