Welcome to the payment page for our Snowdonia club trip!
We have booked the Glan Dwr Lodge in Capel Curig, it has space for 20 people.

ARRIVE FRIDAY
- earliest arrival is 18.00 there is a bar and food at the Plas Y Brenin outdoor training center 300m away + another pub a bit further back on the A5
- please bring your own food and drinks -
- The sleeping facilities consist of large, purpose-built bunk beds, which are provided with mattresses, a bottom sheet, pillows and pillowcases. Please bring your own sleeping bags/duvets and towels.
- Portable bbqs may be used with caution outside but should be kept off the wooden decking at all times.

As yet plans are open you can discuss with the others what you would like to do once booked on.
WE WILL NEED TO CLEAN THE ACCOM SUNDAY MORNING
Must exit bedrooms by 12.00 and accom by 14.00.
Sunday's activity will usually be self choice and a bit more casual so people can return home at their preffered times.
You’ll need to bring your own food!
Sleeping bag or duvet
Appropriate kit for hiking in welsh mountains (if you're not 100% confident PLEASE reach out) Including appropriate footwear, that you’ve broken in, decent waterproofs and warm layers.
Costs
For insurance reasons these trips are aimed at ESC members and for that reason they will have been emailed a discount code. If you are not a member and try to use the code your ticket will be invalidated by us and give me a headache so please don't! The discount code only works for one person at a time so if you want to pay for multiple people with a code just buy one ticket at a time. If you joined after that email went round please message a committee member for the code.
If you're not a member of the club you count as a prospective member for insurance reasons (ie are covered) for the first three months since you first did a club activity. If you've been coming on club trips for longer than that you'll need to join up to come. The link for that is here: Entrycentral.com/esc
The breakdown of the costs is as follows:
2 nights ESC member - £35 (usual discount code)
2 nights NON member - £45
Transport
Make sure you add yourself to the Facebook event page to arrange car sharing. If you're not on facebook get in touch and I'll help sort you a lift. The process for car sharing is as follows; if you can offer a lift then post on the facebook event where you live and how many spaces you have, if you want a lift comment underneath that persons post untill the car is full. Costs are set by the driver and split between everyone in the car.
We do not have mountain qualifications, you are choosing to come of your own volition to be around peers.
