Organiser's Description
Go on, give it a go, dare to bare. What have you got to lose apart from your clothes? An opportunity to have some fun in a safe non-judgemental environment.
Strip off fully or partially and run into the sea with hundreds of others. Can you think of a better way to spend a Saturday morning?
It's about helping to promote a healthy acceptance of a normal body image. It's about taking a risk and embracing a moment of pure joy.
This is a fun event to help raise funds for the mental health charity MIND (charity reg no 219830).
Arrive from 12 noon for an 1pm dip.
