Emergency First Aid - 1 Day

First Aid training could be most important course you’ve ever taken. In the event of an emergency, you’ll have the knowledge and confidence to deliver potentially life-saving assistance. As a Triathlon Coach often delivering sessions away from a managed facility, it's important to have the relevant knowledge of what to do should someone require First Aid. First Aid skills are not just invaluable to Coaches but also in everyday situations.

IMPORTANT: Please remember to bring a form of photographic ID with you (passport or driving licence) as this will be required to receive your certificate.

Course Overview

This one-day first aid course covers a range of CPR and first aid skills, providing you with the skills to reduce the risks and dangers in your workplace. Course delivered by RLSS (Royal Life Saving Society UK).
