Organiser's Description
Six session programme starting on Monday 17th April, 8:00-9:00pm. There will be a one hour coached session and then suggested sessions for two further independent swims each week.
The complete programme is £130. We will be using the new 20m training pool at Grange Padocks Lesiure Centre in Bishop’s Stortford.
Participants need to be able to swim 50m any stroke and will need goggles, swim fins and a pull buoy (advice on what to buy will be provided).
