Rhayader Running Club 5k 2024

Test yourself on our fast, flat course in the stunning Elan Valley. Can you get a PB?                                Wednesday 22nd May 2024

The race starts at 7.00pm close to Caban Coch reservoir with race number collection available from Caban Coch Car Park 6.00pm - 6.45pm.  Please try and car share as there is limited parking.

Online entries now open: £9, Welsh Athletics affiliated £7, and RRC members £6. You must be age 16+ on race day. Online entries close at 7pm on the 20th May. 

The race takes place on open roads and is suitable for runners of all abilities, however is regrettably unsuitable for wheelchair athletes.

All runners will receive an email with full race day details prior to the event.

Prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd winners and male/female age category winners, presentations will take place after the race in Rhayader Football Club, LD6 5BP.

Resfreshments will be provided in the Football Club.
