CLOSING DATE FOR ALL ONLINE ENTRIES IS 30 August 2024

After online entries close at 23:59 on 30 August 2024, you will not be able to sign up online. If you have not entered by this date and wish to participate, you can turn up and register on the day of the event. Just keep an eye on our site to make sure that there are still places available.

Fee to sign up on the day for all entrants: £25

Please note that nothing physical will be sent to you upon receipt of your entry form, but you will receive notification of your entry and of your payment, which you will be able to print out and bring with you on the day. Race numbers will be issued on the day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that the ‘Burn’ has to be cancelled, for example because of government-imposed restrictions, or severe weather conditions making the course unsafe, a refund will be made to all entrants. As the Brown Clee Burn Association is a not-for-profit organisation, raising funds for local good causes and Air Ambulance, any such refund will be net of any costs, such as booking fees, incurred by the association up to the cancellation date.

If anyone wishes to withdraw their entry from the ‘Burn’, the cut-off time and date for obtaining a refund is 23:59 on 25 August 2024. After that date we regret we will be unable to make any refund, as major costs will have been incurred by the Association, such as food and other catering costs. The same rule will apply for any no-shows on the day itself. We are sure entrants will understand the reasons for this policy.

Please bookmark this website and return to it to check for updates, full instructions and directions.

Money raised from the run will be split between local good causes and the Midlands Air Ambulance.
