Tom Robb Memorial Trail Race

Welcome! We hope you will join us for this 7 mile trail race held over a fun course within the beautiful carron valley forestry.
Race date and time: Saturday 24th August 2019 at 10am
Location: This 7 mile trail race is open to runners of all abilities. It follows an undulating course of forestry tracks. The race commences at Duncarron Fort, within the Carron Valley Forestry site, which is located in Stirlingshire off the B818 Denny to Fintry road. The route follows a loop up towards Meikle Bin before veering off to twist back down towards the carron reservoir, finishing at Duncarron Fort.
Registration: is from 8:30am. Car parking is available within Carron Valley Forestry. Charges of up to £3 may apply. Registration will take place in Duncarron Fort and will be signposted near forestry car park. Registration closes 15 minutes before the start of the race. The start is about 100m from the registration area. Public toilets are available near to the car park and a portaloo will be positioned in the fort.
Photos: photographers will be situated throughout the course. Photos will be placed on the facebook page following the event.
A cake stall will be available with donations going to Alzheimer Scotland so bring some change!
Entry Fees: £12 / £10 (SAL). Withdrawals prior to the race being full will be offered a full refund. Once the race is full, no refunds will be offered (full entry fee is given to the charities)
Race limited to 175 runners
Results: will be logged on the Tom Robb Memorial Trail Race website.
