Derby Junior Triathlon

This year’s event will take place on Sunday the 14th of July. Racing will start at 8.30am with the Youths; followed by TS3, TS2, TS1 and finally TriStart.  The last wave should be started by 1pm.  Athletes will be in waves of 4, with athletes graded by predicted swim time (slowest first in each age group and gender catergory). 

This will be the 7th time we have held the event at Woodlands School. They are very enthusiastic hosts. The swim is in the school's 20m pool with the bike and run legs being on the school fields.

We will have chip timing this year along with a race T shirt and other goodies. Prizes will be awarded to the first 3 (male and female) in all categories.

Entry fees:      BTF Members - £18.00

                      Non Members - £19.00

Entries will  close 30.6.17 or when the 300 maximum is reached.

PLEASE NOTE - the number of lengths required for the swim is more than is usual, due to the 20m pool, for all age categories except TriStart (who swim less distance than normal).
