Triathlon Scotland Event Organiser's Training Course 2017
The organisation and delivery of triathlon events are the backbone of the sports success in the UK, and the quality of these events is vital to the continuing growth and development of the fast growing, dynamic and modern sport.
Triathlon Scotland delivers an Event Organiser's course, which aims to provide existing and new event organisers with the skills and the knowledge required to provide safe and memorable events for all participants.
Each course will be made up of 12-16 delegates, allowing attendees to share their own experiences and learn from others, in a relaxed and informal environment.
Dates: Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 November 2017 (you must attend both days)
Time: 9am-5pm each day (usually an early finish on Sunday)
Venue: Tennis Centre Meeting Room, Gannochy Sports Centre, University of Stilring, FK9 4LA
** We have limited choice for meeting rooms on campus. Please note that this meeting room is on the first floor and does not currently have lift access. Please let us know if this affects your participation so that we can source an alternative venue.
Details: These sessions are open to anyone interested in learning more about best practise in event organisation. If you are organising an event for the first time, or wish to refresh an existing event, then this training is for you! Other sports also welcome to attend.
