East Essex Triathlon Club is a large and friendly club based in Basildon, Essex and welcomes athletes of all abilities, young and old.

Complete your membership details carefully, ensuring all the information provided is correct before submitting your entry.
We recommend that you sign up for England Athletics affiliation, however, it is not obligatory. The England Athletics affiliation fee is now £14. Membership runs from 1st April to 31st March. If you sign up the club will affiliate you on 1st April. Membership will entitle you to claim the reduced entry fee at many running races and give you the opportunity to apply for one of the club's London Marathon places.
As membership to Triathlon England is not compulsory to take part in Triathlon we do not include this in our membership, although we do encourage our members to join. There are many benefits to becoming a Triathlon England member including reduced race fees and public liability insurance whilt training and racing so it's worth the investment. IMPORTANT NOTES: If you are already first claim with another England Athletics affiliated running club you must NOT accept the England Athletics option and should opt-out by NOT ticking the relevant box on the application form. Please take care when completing your application as we are unable to offer refunds and after submitting your application please check the confirmation page to ensure all your details are correct and that you are paying the correct fee for the membership you require. When completing the application for members under the age of 18 you must supply us with the email address of a parent or guardian.

Please be aware that it is a condition of membership that you will be willing to volunteer to marshal at least once at an East Essex Tri Club organised event, receipt of payment assumes acceptance of this criteria
