Dounby Pharmacy 10K Event

Sunday 21st September 2025 - 11.00am

Starting point and registration: Dounby Community School, Dounby, Orkney KW17 2HH

Entry cost: 

£5 OARC members/£3 OARC & SA members  £10 Non members/ £8 Non & SA members

The Dounby 10K will be run over a route made up of local roads.

The Dounby 10K Event is run in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the sport's governing body - Scottish Athletics Federation. SAF has issued the Race Organisers with a permit to hold the race which under the Terms and Conditions stipulate that:

• Runners taking part in the event must be over 15 years old on the day.
• The course is not suitable for wheelchairs.
• Running with buggies or pets is not permitted. 
• It is essential that the Race Organisers abide by these age requirements in order that the appropriate insurances are not compromised.

If for any reason you are unable to run your number can be transferred to another individual up until the closing date of Sunday 14th September, please contact the Race Organiser through the email address below providing details of the new runner. No refunds will be given unless the race is cancelled.
