Cole Chance

The Tender Middle

Finn's Place, Glasgow, UK

10am - 6pm

Join Cole Chance for The Tender Middle — a nourishing day of embodied practice, reflection, and connection. Together, we’ll explore what it means to stay open in the midst of life’s joys, uncertainties, losses, and transformations.

Through yoga, storytelling, breathwork, meditation, conversation, and gentle self-inquiry, this workshop invites participants to meet grief and gratitude with honesty, compassion, and courage. Rather than seeking perfection or escape, we’ll make space for the beautiful mess of being human — cultivating steadiness, tenderness, and deeper presence within ourselves and with one another.  Together, we’ll create space for honest expression and deep listening, recognising the power of story to heal, connect, and remind us that none of us walk alone.

Open to all levels of experience, The Tender Middle offers a supportive environment to pause, reconnect, and remember the strength that can be found in vulnerability, community, and embodied awareness.

Meet Cole Chance

I’m Cole – a mover, a wonderer, a storyweaver, an apprentice of the human experience. My journey has taken me through addiction, across continents, and into the depths of my own psyche. Again and again, I’ve found that the most profound journey is the return, the one that leads us back home – to our bodies, our breath, and a life deeply felt.

I believe in movement as medicine, story as a bridge, and curiosity as the most profound compass. My work is an integration of the physical and the poetic – where yoga and somatics meet philosophy, neuroscience, and the mythic to help us remember who we are beneath all the layers. These offerings are an invitation to question, to soften, to expand.
