This is for RENEWAL of Junior Annual Membership (under 16 years) for Cannon Events Running Club which costs £21.00 per year. If you are joining Cannon Events Running Club for the first time then go back to Entry Central Memberships and select Cannon Events RC Junior (Under 16) Membership (New Members).

Cannon Events is afilliated to the Association of Running Clubs (ARC) LINK HERE. This allows you to enter any ARC permitted race as Cannon Events RC with the usual £2 discount for club members. Local ARC races include Ripley 10k, Tunnels & Trails 10k, Hardwick 10k, Double or Quit 5m/10m, White Peak Marathon & Half Marathon, Queens Head 5k, Huddersfield 10k, Goose Fair Gallop 10k, Peak Rail 7m, Tour of Derwent Valley. Affiliation to ARC is included as part of your membership fee.

Cannon Events is also affiliated to England Athletics (EA) which allows the £2 discount for club members to most other UK races. If you are aged 11+ and wish to be registered with England Athletic (EA) then there is a further affiliation fee of £19.00. During sign up you will be asked if you wish to pay this additional fee.

PLEASE NOTE If you have previously been registered with EA through another club then you can transfer your affiliation to Cannon Events by following the EA Change of Club process through logging on to the EA portal LINK HERE.  

In renewing membership of Cannon Events RC, all members are reminded they must continue to follow guidance in the UKA Codes of Conduct. There are separate codes for young athletes and also parents/carers. For link to Athlete Code of Conduct CLICK HERE. If you are EA registered then you will be asked to agree to follow the Code of Conduct when you next access your personal data via the EA portal.

During the renewal process there is an option to purchase a Club Running Vest for an additional £15 and/or a Club Training T-shirt for £17.
