"It's All About the Breath" is a transformative workshop that delves into the essential role of breathing in both physical and mental well-being. Facilitated by Mark who has trained directly with A.G. Mohan and Indra Mohan for over a decade —renowned students of the legendary Krishnamacharya—participants are guided through breath-based practices that are both time-tested and highly relevant to today's fast-paced world.
