Alford Primary Parent Council is excited to be hosting our first Community Colour Run.

Run, walk, skip or hop your way round our fun course at the Alford Community Campus whilst getting covered in colourful powder.

Race Information

The race fee is £6.50 plus the booking fee.
Entries are non-refundable.
All participants must be signed up and all will be charged.
Participants must be aged 3 or above to partcipate.
All participants aged between 3 and 5 and not yet in school must be accompanied on the course by an adult.
Any adult accompanying their child on the course, must sign up and pay to enter the race. If your name is not on our list, then you can't run!
There will be no entries on the day.
The course is around the back of the campus. There will be obstacles and plenty of powder to turn you into a rainbow!
The colour powder is non-toxic and made from natural ingredients but it may stain.
Wear old clothes, an old white school t-shirt is perfect to show up all the colours.
All participants will be issued with a pair of sunglasses to protect their eyes.
Post race all participants will receive a bottle of water and a medal to mark the occasion.

Additional Information

Registration will take place in the playground and will open 30 mins before the start of the wave. Enter via the right side of the campus beside the astro pitch and follow the signs. You will then be able to register, collect your wristband and glasses and then head up to the warm up area.
The Colour Run warm up and run 'rules' will begin 10 mins before the start of the wave.
Toilets are located within the campus, via the main entrance.
Please wear appropriate footwear as the ground may be uneven, please do not wear spiked or studded footwear.
No dogs can participate in the race.
There will be photographs taken during the race to capture the fun. These will be shared on the Alford Primary Parent Council socials.
