Welcome to the VX3 Torbay Twilight 10km Race

Looking for a target or goal for 2024?  Look no further, this event is great for those just starting out in the running game, the club superheroes looking to crush a PB and elite athletes wanting to compete against some of the best runners in the country. There is something for everyone. 

Distance: 10k (1k fun run on the day available to children)

Race start: 18:00 (races maybe split depending on entrant numbers)

Address: Torbay Velopark

Parking: There is ample pay and display parking next to race venue.

Max entries:  200

Prizes:  for M/F 1/2/3,

Winners M/F V40, V50, V60 and Team (4 to count)

Medals: Finisher medals will be given out at the end of the race.

Race souvenir: T-Shirt 

Course: This unique event is raced around Torbay Velopark.  The course is excellent for attempting a PB.  It’s virtually flat with fast tarmac and we are looking to create an excellent atmosphere with music playing for your 6.5 laps.

Event Village: Various local food and drinks vendors will be in attendance* TBC.

This is a non-refundable event, however, should the event be delayed or changed to virtual for reasons out of our control, your entry will be transferred. 

Terms And Conditions

1. By signing up each individual agrees to the following terms and conditions.
2. As an England Athletics affiliated organiser this event is to be held under UK Athletics rules with a full race license (pending). The individual agrees to abide by the rules of the event and that the officials' decision is final.
3. The individual confirms that they have no medical disability that would endanger themselves or others by taking part (and will not run if unfit to do so on the day).
4. The individual understands that the organisers will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or illness however caused as a result of entering the race.  The individual agrees that during the race they will obey marshals' instructions. No dogs will be allowed on the course.
5. If for any reason beyond the control of the organisers the race has to be cancelled on the day (Adverse weather, “Act of god”, Flooding, Accidents, Incidents, Travellers, COVID-19 restrictions etc) the organisers will do everything possible to reschedule the race.
6. The individual will not attend should they feel unwell.
7. Transfers - Race place transfers are only available until 10th June 2024 and £5 admin cost is due.
8. Any post race queries must be raised directly to organiser asap.
