The Three Parks Challenge is an established multi terrain 10k fun run over a challenging route that you will have had to train for! It takes in Parc Dinefwr and Parc Penlan while passing Parc le Conquet.

Pricing:

We've tried to keep the price as low as possible so the entry is £16 without an Event T shirt 

T Shirts:

The event T shirt has been rebranded and you have the choice of whether to buy one with your entry at £4 which we hope you find reasonabale! - To make sure orderring is as efficent as possible they are unlikley to be on sale at the event.

Cheese and Wine:

Yes there will be cheese and wine for finishers back at Cae William as part of your entry 

Cut off Time:

Due to daylight failing and the wellbeing of volunteers on the course we will have enforce a cut off time of 90 mins finishing time or people who are unlikly to make that time

Changing Facilities :

There are changing rooms and showers art the rugby club

Parking :

Parking is limited at the rugby club and teh overflow will be at home Farm - a short walk away
