Tavistock Athletic Club brings you the 2025 Tavy 7, sponsored this year by Abbey Mead Dental & Implant Clinic based in Tavistock.
The route takes a wonderful course around the scenic, gently undulating Dartmoor lanes near Tavistock starting at Plaster Down and on past Pew Tor and the hamlet of Sampford Spiney on its 7-mile route. There are mile markers and 2 water stations.
