Tavistock Athletic Club once again brings you the iconic Tavy 7.
The route takes a wonderful course around the scenic, gently undulating Dartmoor lanes near Tavistock starting at Plaster Down and on past Pew Tor and the hamlet of Sampford Spiney on its 7-mile route. There are mile markers and 2 water stations.
There will also be a food and drink van at the start/finish area.
