A fun finale to the Yorkshire Junior Triathlon Series 2025, followed by the presentation of trophies.

A short course swim run loop with some added hyrox inspired stations to challenge young athletes at the Manvers Lake and nature park, near Rotherham, postcode S63 7DG.

Sunday 20th July 2025 10am-12noon

Free event for anyone who has competed in any of the Series events.

Competitors will need Trisuit / Swim wear, Goggles, Swim cap and Running shoes (elastic laces not recommended). Wetsuits, pullbuoys, hand paddles etc, optional.

Each lap comprises of approximately 100m swim (lake) , 400m running (grass) and 3 exercise stations.

Competitors are required to wear / carry all their clothing / equipment around the full course. (They will be required to swim in their running shoes, and run with swim cap and goggles).

No water / food stations provided, please bring own water bottle and nutrition.  Outside assistance is encouraged so supporters can supply water bottles, cups of tea, bananas, pork pies etc.

PLEASE WILL EVERY COMPETITOR BRING 2 x 2 litre milk or pop bottles.
