Organiser's Description
3 weekly coached swim sessions to develop front crawl technique through understanding the principles of Alignment, Power and Timing
Participants need to able to swim 100m front crawl without rest.
Open to adults and teenagers (who will be swimming in mixed gender lanes with adults).
