Organiser's Description
10 weekly coached swim sessions to develop front crawl technique for pool and open water swimming.
Participants need to be able to swim 25m with any stroke and will need goggles and tight fitting swimwear (not board shorts), and a swim cap.
Open to adults and teenagers (who will be swimming in mixed gender lanes with adults).
