- Main run minimum age is 15 years old (on race day).
- Fun run has no minimum age but under 8’s must be accompanied (on the run) as per UKA guidelines
- Please come ready changed as ther are no changing facilities

2022 Male course record was beaten by Lee Gratton (Rugeley Runners) in a time of 25:28 beating his previous record set in 2021 of 26:17, but wasn't beaten last year which means that the prize rolls over to £200.
The Female course record was unbeaten and still held by Kelly Butler, 31:01 set in 2021. That means that the Female Prize rolls over to £300!
