- Part of the NSRRA Programme of League races
- A hot sandwich & hot drink to all finishers of the main race plus goody bag
- Individual, Team and Age prizes for the main race.
- Trophies for the first U19 male & U19 female runners !
- Medals & goody bags for all in the fun run & prizes for 1st/2nd/3rd U15 boys & U15 girls

- Main run minimum age is 15 years old (on race day).
- Fun run has no minimum age but under 8’s must be accompanied (on the run) as per UKA guidelines
- Please come ready changed as ther are no changing facilities

2022 Male course record was beaten by Lee Gratton (Rugeley Runners) in a time of 25:28 beating his previous record set in 2022 in a time of 26:17, which means that the prize is reset to £100.
The Female course record was unbeaten and still held by Kelly Butler, 31:01 set in 2021. That means that the Female Prize rolls over to £200!
