Welcome to the Stafford Harriers Staffs Knot 5 miler!
Race time: 7.15 p.m Note the new earlier time.
Where: Cannock Chase Visitors Centre. Marquis Drive, Hednesford.

Martin Williams claimed the prize in 2019 in a time of 26:29, so the Male prize for 2021 is £100
Lynne Hill's record still stands from 2018 at 31:47, so the Female prize for 2021 is £200
