Sarn Helen 40th Anniversary Hill Race

 This year will be the 40th Anniversary of the Sarn Helen 16.5 mile Hill Race.

The premier race of its kind in Wales combines the speed of road racing with the rigours of cross-country and fell-running over a challenging picturesque 16.5 course that includes, approximately, 3000ft of climb.

The race starts and finishes in the Rugby Club, North road, Lampeter, SA48 7HZ.

Online entries will close on May 12th - entries also available on the day.

Sarn Helen Running Club welcome you to a good old-fashioned friendly race.  With free showers and toilets at the Rugby Clubhouse and ample car-parking.

Drink stations along the route and at the finish.

Free bacon or cheese rolls for runners at the finish (sponsored by Simon Hall Meats Ltd.)

The Sarn Helen FUN RUN

       This is the third year we have held the Fun Run. 

9 miles including 650ft of climb.

The route takes in some of the beautiful countryside around Lampeter on a combination of road and trail.

Starts and finshes in the Rugby Club, North Road, Lampeter, SA48 7JA. 

Free celebratory buff guaranteed for online entries made before April 30th!

Online entires will close on May 12th.

Entries can still be made on the day.

Minimum age 16. 

 Free bacon or cheese roll at the finish (kindly sponsored by Simon Hall Meats Ltd.)

Prizes for first male and female.
