Welcome to the first of the 'Swim the Lake' Festivals - Weds 14th July 2024 - 7pm start.
Both the events are supported by Mid-Sussex Triathlon Club and run under the British Triathlon safety guidelines.
This beautiful stretch of water is set in the lovely Sussex countryside and offers a great place to swim in good quaility regually tested water and run in this undulating country surroundings.
Wetsuits will need to be worn unless water temperature reaches 24degrees C., a shortie is allowed but not just a Trisuit.
Swim event over 3 distances around a lapping course of 750m, these are: 3km, 1.5km & 750m.
Aquathlon is a 750m swim and a 5km run (a course of 3.25 laps). The Fun Run is also over the same 5km course.

A British Triathlon Race Pass is required for participants who are not a British Triathlon Home Nation member. For this event, Race Pass costs are £2.00 (plus £0.08 service charge) for participants aged 24 and under, and £8.00 (plus £0.32 service charge) otherwise.
