Rowan Boland 5k starts 12 noon Sunday 14th June 2026

Organisers would prefer online entry but you can still enter on the day.

Registrations and number collection opens 10:30am

Following the shorter meigle run at 11:30am the 5k will start  @ 12 noon

Gala Harriers are thrilled to invite you to take part in the annual Rowan Boland 5K 🎉. Whether you're a seasoned runner 🏃‍♂️ or just beginning your fitness journey 🌟, this friendly event welcomes all ages and abilities. Lace up, join the fun, and enjoy the atmosphere 🎽every participant goes home with a medal 🏅.

The shorter Meigle run starting at 11:30am is entry on the day only and costs £2. There will be other activities including, Bouncy castle BBQ and lots more family fun. All proceeds will go to the Rowan Boland Memorial Trust.

Prize list also medal for all finishers.
