RRC 5k Series 2022

After a 2 year break we are very pleased to announce that our 5k Series is back! Test yourself on our fast, flat course in the stunning Elan Valley. Can you get a PB at each race?!

• Race 1 Wednesday 11^th May 2022
• Race 2 Wednesday 25^th May 2022
• Race 3 Wednesday 8th June 2022

Online entries only, there will be no on the day entries available. All races start at 7.30pm close to Caban Coch reservoir with race number collection available from Caban Coch Car Park from 6.30pm onwards. Sign up for one, two or all three races, you will need to add each race to your basket individually. 

Entries now open: £6 per race (Welsh Athletics affiliated); £8 per race (non-affiliated); you must be age 16+ on race day. Entries close the Saturday prior to each race. 

Parking and registration at Caban Coch car park.

The race takes place on open roads and is suitable for runners of all abilities, however is regrettably unsuitable for wheelchair athletes.

All runners will receive an email with full race day details prior to the event.

Prize giving and presentations will take place after the last race on 8th June 2022, venue TBA.
