PETERHEAD 10k road race 

Sunday 1st November 2026 at 11:00am 

taking in the town of Peterhead, starting and finishing at Catto running track.

Organised by Peterhead Athletics Club under UK Athletics rules

The race is held under SA permit, around a certified accurately measured course.  UK Association of Course Measurers Cert no. 21/345

Chip timed event.

Medal to all finishers

Registration:  Will take place from 0930 -1045 at Catto Park Pavillion.

Race Briefing:  There will be a race briefing at the race start to go over any safety issues.

Please follow all instructions from race officials as they are there to ensure your safety. The route is mainly on pavements with numerous road crossings. The roads on the race route are NOT closed for this event so be aware of other road traffic. Headphones are not allowed during the race with the exception of bone conducting headphones, as per Scottish Athletics regulations.

Start Time:  The race will start prompt at 11:00am on Catto Running Track.

General Information: There is car parking provided at Balmoor Stadium and Peterhead Academy.

The 10k event is open to runners aged 16 years or older

Prizegiving and post race refreshments: We welcome you to Peterhead Scout Hut for Prizegivng and post race refreshments, from approx 1pm.
