PTH Glynneath Open Water Swim Sessions
Venue - Glynneath Lakes, Glynneath, SA11 5RA

| Monday to Sunday | 7 am | 9 am |
| Monday and Thursday | 6 pm | 9 pm |
| Friday | 7 pm | 9 pm |
All participants have to be a member of Port Talbot Harriers AC to take part and you must have a copy of your membership card either printed out or saved on your phone as there will be spot checks made by the management of the lakes to make sure you are allowed to be there.
