Nairn Beach 10miler Charity Run

In Aid Of Team Hamish and Nairn Beach Wheelchairs

Start And Finish will be on the Beach at the between the Harbour and the Sundancer

There will be a course laid out on the Beach of Approximately 10 miles. This will be five miles along the beach towards the Bothy and 5 miles back. All monies raised will go towards Team Hamish and Nairn Beach Wheelchairs. Race will take place at low tide to ensure there is plenty sand to run on. There will likely be a few streams to cross on the beach. Exact course will be defined on the day. There will be a water station around the half way mark.
