**2024 MEMBERSHIP OPEN**

North Down CC is a cycling club set up in 1977 and is based in Bangor.

If you are a Cycling Ireland member, or intend to activate a licence with them, you MUST complete your NDCC membership through their website for the same value of £0.

All types of cycling is encouraged and the club is affiliated to the UCI via Cycling Ireland.

PLEASE NOTE THAT MEMBERSHIP IS PER CALENDAR YEAR i.e. January to December (No Membership will be offered after the AGM until the next calendar year).

The Club currently accepts Youth & Junior riders (aged 5 -18 inclusive) at a NIL annual Membership.

Please note Cycling Ireland do not accept members younger than the category of U8!

The Club will also pay for a relevant Cycling Ireland Licence for YOUTH Members ONLY (i.e. U8 - U16 inclusive). Please apply directly to Cycling Ireland for appropriate licence or to renew your licence but do not complete the payment. The club will complete the payment stage for you. 

Cycling Ireland Youth Age Categories:-

Youth U8 - (born on or after 1st January 2016)

Youth U10 (born on or after 1st January 2014)

Youth U12, U14 (born in 2010, 2011, 2012 or 2013)

Youth U16 (born in 2008 or 2009)

Junior members i.e. those born in 2006 & 2007 will be required to APPLY DIRECTLY to Cycling Ireland for the appropriate licence and PAY the appropriate fee.
