Welcome to the senior membership section for Lauderdale Limpers Running Club.  We are based in Lauder, in the Scottish Borders, and promote running for all ages and abilities as an enjoyable and sociable way to keep fit.  Training nights are currently every Tuesday at 7.00pm (members will be notified of changes to start time by email), meeting in the Lauder Primary School car park, and we also have a varied programme of club runs and social events throughout the year. We have a separate junior section and both are affiliated to Scottish Athletics.

Membership & Fees 

Club membership runs from 1st August to 31st July each year.

Seniors age 16 and over:  £7

There is a £1 weekly charge per runner, payable on the night.
