Entry options:

The relay only has 2 sections (17 and 16 miles), so the default option for the relay is a team of two. However you may enter a team of three, with two people doing the first (difficult) section together and the remaining one doing the second section.

If you want to do the main race on Saturday (solo/relay) AND the Friday Frolic, please don't use a separate entry form for the Frolic. It comes up as an optional extra within your main entry.

The Friday Frolic entry form is purely for people who are running on Friday but not Saturday. For example, you might come along to support someone who is running in the ultra on Saturday, but give yourself the fun of running on Friday and/or Sunday.
