Gordon Castle Highland Games 10k 

1st Leg of the 2024 Fochabers Triple Challenge

Spey Runners are proud to host the return of the Gordon Castle 10k, a race around the picturesque grounds of Gordon Castle Estate and neighbouring Deer Park.

Entry:
Online - £16 (SA affiliated) £18 (Non affiliated) plus Entry Central processing fee
Online entries will close at midnight on 15th May 2024
Race entry also includes all-day admission to the Gordon Castle Highland Games & Country Fair
STRICTLY NO ENTRIES OR TRANSFERS ON THE DAY

Registration: 9:00-10:30am, near the games entrance.

Start Time: The race will begin at 11.00am. Start and finish lines will be near the Highland Games Arena, and will be clearly signed on the day.

General Information:
There will be marshals at various points throughout the course. Please treat them with respect and follow ALL marshal instructions carefully. They are in place primarily for your safety.

Parking will be provided on-site by the organisers of the Gordon Castle Highland games. Fees may apply.

Prizes for overall 1st male and female and in the Senior, Vet40, Vet50 categories. Race timing will be done manually (no chip timing).
For those who have entered all 3 races of the Fochabers Triple Challenge, finish times will also be transferred to the overall series standings.

There will be one water station on course at the half way point.

Organised by Spey Runners under UK Athletics rules. The 10k event is open to runners aged 16 years or older.

The Fochabers Triple Challenge is a 3-race series consisting of the Gordon Castle 10k, Jean Carr hill race, and the Monumental Challenge.
