Glasgow Triathlon Club is a friendly and all-inclusive club with more than 500 members across the adult and junior sections. We are proud to have an equal gender split among our athletes.

After a year and a half of disruption due to the Covid-19 pandemic 2022 will mark the return to our regular blocks of weekday evening swim/run sessions for junior members. Throughout the year we will also be aiming to provide regular run and bike sessions for members who are not quite ready to join our swim sessions.

Drop in weekend sessions and school holiday camps will become available during the year.

For those wanting to swim with the club for the first time you will be invited to one of our sessions for a swim time-trial to establish your competence and start-point group. You will be assessed by one of the coaching team in a relaxed and supportive environment. You will be asked to swim 100m (four lengths) face down and the coach will time you doing this.

Facility bookings for 2022 are still to be confirmed but as soon as they are the weekly programme for 2022 will be published here. Please be aware that unless you are a GTC Member, you will not be able to enter the booking system in order to reserve your training slot(s). 

Here you are able to join the GTC Junior section, open to athletes between the ages of 8, (that is, reaching the age of 8 in-the-year of 2022), and 16.

Once you have completed the electronic Membership Form your details will be reviewed and approved for join-up. 

Membership runs per calendar year, i.e. 1^st January to 31^st December. Join now and we're delighted to say, you're in until the end of 2022
