This is the perfect boost you need for your Fitness and Hyrox Training 💪🙏🩷. Come and have some Hyrox Fitness fun with likeminded people of all ages and abilities.
Your session will be delivered by our Hyrox Ambassador, Joda Quigley 💪🩷👑.
Session Details 🩷
11am - 12pm = Meet and Greet, Boxing Fitness Warm Up and Hyrox Exercise Demo Session.
12pm - 12.45am = Hyrox Team Workout 🥳✨💪🙏🩷
12.45am - 1pm = Snack and chat time 🩷.
1pm - 2pm = Mini Sim, Medals and Finishers Pictures 🩷.
If you are doing Hyrox next season then this is for you, build your Hyrox knowledge and confidence while having fun.
