Our 1st HyFox event at FoxFit will take place on Sunday 12th October 2025.

HyFox is 8 stations performed in below order after a 1km run for full or 500m run for half.

The Stations:

1] 100 Battle Rope slams

2] 50 Metre sled push

3] 50 Metre sled pull

4] 80 Metre burpee broad jumps

5] 100 Sandbag bent rows

6] 100 Metre sandbag lunges

7] 200 Metres farmer carry

8] 100 Wall balls

Weights:

All divisions will be covered including a half course in which athletes can do 500 metres of running in between each station instead of full 1km.

This is a great chance to try our HyFox workout as a complete beginner or use as part of your training plan.

We are opening 60 spots and expect them to go quickly.

The day will run from 9am until 3pm. Athletes will be given a start time the week before the race.

If you are entering a double team please write your partners name in the box "Partners name" upon application.

The Exact start times for each person will be emailled out on Thursday 9th October.

We will have judges at each station keeping you right on proper form, rep counting and lots of encouragement.
