STRIDE ATHLETICS PRESENTS FLAT N’ FAST 5K

Stride Athletics are delighted to present the first ever Flat n’ Fast event, coming Friday 22^nd September at 18:45.

The event is being run in partnership with Eze Running.

Flat n’ Fast takes place at the new custom built 1km cycle circuit at West Lothian Cycle Circuit based in Linlithgow, adjacent to Xcite Leisure Centre (McGinley Way, Linlithgow EH49 6SQ). The event will consist of 5 laps around the newly paved circuit, likely to be one of the fastest courses in Scotland.

The event will consist of time graded races, with start-lists being decided once entries have been collected. Start-lists will be provided prior to the event, along with further race details such as start times.

The event is online entry only, with no entry on the day. 
Entries will close on Friday 15th September at 23:59.

Dogs are prohibited within the fenced circuit.

• The first event will commence at 18:45.
• The event is a Scottish Athletics Licensed event (13109)
• Chip timing will be in use
• Accurately measured 5k event (results will be eligible for PO10)
• Cash prizes for first 3 male and female finishers
• Athletes must be 16 years of age or older on race day
• There is limited free parking at the sports centre or alternatively Linlithgow train station is only 1.4 miles from the event
