***Contingency parking***
In the unlikely event of an emergency, Scottish Police College may be utilised as a Response Hub. As such, they may require all estate parking spaces - in this instance, all participants will be emailed prior to the event regarding use of alternative parking. Moreover, on the day, race marshals will be present at the Police College entrance to redirect participants. Race start will be delayed to a maximum of 10:00 to accommodate travel to alternate parking.

Our fantastic volunteers make our events possible! We'd love to welcome you into our motivated and enthusiastic team. Whether curious about entering a future event and looking to see what our races involve, or spectating and supporting a loved one, your efforts will have a direct and positive impact on the experience of all competitors and event organisers. Moreover, all volunteers are rewarded with a FREE ENTRY for a future event of their choice! Alternatively, volunteers can assist the morning of the event - setting up Basecamp gazebos, marshaling car parking, and completing race registration functions - and receive a FREE ENTRY for that race.

Refund and Transfer Policy
At NU Limits Running, we understand that plans can change, and we want to be as flexible as possible while also ensuring the smooth and safe running of our events. Please review our refund and transfer policy below:
Refunds
Refunds are available up to 2 months before the event date.
Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued within 2 months of the event. This is due to the upfront costs we incur in preparing an outstanding race experience for all participants.
Event Transfers
You may transfer your registration to another event (within the same calendar year) up to 1 month before the event.
While transfers are not available within 1 month of the event, we encourage you to plan ahead early if your availability changes - this helps us serve all runners better and ensure accurate race planning.
Participant Transfers
You may transfer your place to another runner up to 1 week before the event.
For safety and logistical reasons, transfers to another participant are not permitted within 1 week of the event.
Thank you for your understanding and support. We look forward to seeing you at the starting line!
