General
By entering the race, you agree to abide by these conditions of entry and any instructions given you by the organisers or officials of the Ballater 10.
Medical Condition
This race is over ten miles which is a heavy test of an individual’s physical and mental strength and has with it the potential for injury. It is the responsibility of all participants to ensure that they are medically fit to participate in the race.
Course
The race comprises a ten mile loop set in a scenic, rural location around Ballater, run mainly on 'B' class roads, with some sections of off-road on firm tracks.
Start and finish at Monaltrie Park in Ballater. Refer to Deeside Runners web page for course map.
Entry
The race has an entry limit of 300. There are only limited entries on the day of the race. Entry fees are non-refundable. The event will only be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances. Should the race be postponed for any reason, race fees will be held over for a place on the revised date, however, if entrants are unable to participate on the revised date, they may apply for a refund of their entry fee. The organisers’ liabilities in respect of costs and expenses incurred by entrants as a result of cancellation or delay will solely be the entry fee paid to take part in the event.
Race Numbers & Registration
Entries are confirmed on receipt of payment. Race numbers will be available for collection from Registration on the day. Registration will be at Monaltrie Park, Ballater and will be open from 09:45 until 11:30 a.m.

By entering the race you give free use of your picture for promotional purposes.
